The ethics of Integrity Financial Solutions embody the Best Practises methodology below…

THE VALUE OF INTEGRITY

  • Each individual is unique and worthy of full respect as such.
  • It is the Independent Financial Advisers role to respect, facilitate and nurture each clients unique vision of financial security and independence.
  • Financial advice should be fully impartial.
  • Transparency and full disclosure at every stage in the process is integral to establishing lasting communications built on trust.
  • It is logical and fair to expect reasonable and honest remuneration for high quality Independent Financial Advice and our preferred solution is fee based or by ongoing retainer. This allows us to make ethical recommendations in all transparency unbiased by considerations of financial gain.
  • It is fair and reasonable to inform clients of all fees well in advance of any business being conducted allowing unbiased ‘free and fair’ decisions to be made by them as to whether they wish to proceed in relationship with us or not.
  • True choice can only be made available to clients through a “whole of market approach” whereby clients may choose freely from across a broad spectrum of financial products and providers without ever being coerced into using just one preferred solution suggested by an Adviser with vested interests.
  • Although we proactively use modern IT services and specialist financial software we believe this should compliment and enhance face to face impartial advice from your trusted adviser.
  • Good financial advice succeeds best as a long term endeavor. Therefore creating a mutually rewarding ongoing relationship between Financial Adviser and client is key. This can only be built on the basis of real trust and respect.
